In Practical Tastes, which is broadcast on TRT School every weekday, examples from World and Turkish Cuisine are shown. Each episode presents two practical dishes, desserts, beverages, soups or sandwiches within 10-15 minutes. Practical Tastes is unique both in Turkey and around the world in respect to its dish selections, tastes and the nutritive values of the dishes. The calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate values of the dishes calculated with a great diligence by the producer are given in the “dish profile” section at the end of the program.
